Chat Pile have finished recording their new studio album. The band announced yesterday (March 28) that they had spent the past several months at Dust House, their Oklahoma City recording space, writing and recording new tracks.
"We've spent pretty much every day since Thanksgiving up till this very moment in the humble little shanty known as Dust House writing and recording our new record," the band said. The album is now in mixing and mastering. No title, release date, or label has been announced yet. The record follows In the Earth Again, a 2025 collaborative album with experimental guitarist Hayden Pedigo.
